About the Velocity Systems/Mayflower Plate Carrier:
The Mayflower Plate Carrier (APC) is designed to provide the wearer with a high degree of mobility while providing ample surface area for mounting mission essential pouches. The upper front of the APC contains an integral admin pouch with internal elastic loops to retain pens, pencils, chemlites or similar items. The front lower half of the APC has an integrated kangaroo pouch sized to hold up to three clips. The shoulder pads are made of a stretchwoven material that allows enough elasticity to permit room for cable/hydration tube routing.
About the Haley Strategic D3CR Disruptive Environments Chest Rig:
When run as a stand alone, the platform is low profile enough to be worn fully loaded and not print on a normal/loose fit jacket or sweatshirt. When run on anarm or platform with a quick release system, such as SwiftClips(TM), it can be attached or stowed in seconds, giving the end user the versatility to transition from low vis to high vis or vice versa.
The magazine pouches accept AR type magazines as well as AK magazines. The Multi-Mission Pouches accept  standard double or single stack magazines, as well as manyhandheld lights and multi-tools.
The rig intentionally does not include a radio or dedicated full size medicalpouch so no matter the posture, essentials such as communications and medicalkits can remain on the end user at all times.
